摘要

In this paper, the development of a thermoelectric generator based on zinc antimonide as the active element is discussed. The various parameters of interest, such as the Seebeck coefficient, the electrical resistivity and thermal conductivity and the thermoelectric figure of merit have been measured as functions of temperature. Powder metallurgy technique of pressed and sintered materials has been adopted in preparing samples.
