Design of a Digital Spectrophotometer (Part#x2014;I)

摘要

A design of 8-bit Microprocessor based digital Spectro photometer is given. The calculation of Absorbance, Transmittance, Concentration and Dark Current is done with the help of Microprocessor INTEL 8085 and the output is available in Digital form. The instrument provides quick results and is easy to operate.
