The egg members of the Poultry Board visited Bumble Hole Foods in January to learn more about the liquid egg market and opportunities for UK producers. Andrew Hewston, managing director, and his team gave us an insight into the market and the egg processing sector.The board was delighted to be given a tour of Bumble Hole's new state-of-the-art egg processing food factory which makes a variety of products including liquid egg, boiled egg and egg mayonnaise.
