The trend to multiple stores involves more than buildings and equipment; it involves and affects people differently. The June liquidation auction of Midwest Equipment, Inc. drew several hundred people to Lawton, Iowa. The dealership, which had locations in Lawton and Le Mars, was purchased by Icon Ag Solutions, LLC, an Iowa investment group that owns John Deere dealerships in Paullina, Doon and Ireton.
