A quantitative study on the relationship of salivary blood group substances to periodontal disease

Saliva samples were studied to determine if salivary Blood Group Substances are related to periodontal disease. Forty patients were studied, and at each visit Oral Hygiene and Ramfjord Periodontal indices were tabulated.
