Quality Assurance of Civil Engineering. Structures

The Orissa State Centre of the Institution organised a two-day Workshop on 'Quality Assurance of Civil Engineering Structures', during December 19-20,2009. The Workshop was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Shri Subhendu Kumar Ray, Engineer-in-Chief-cum-Secretary to Government of Orissa, Works Department. Shri Ray in his inaugural address, emphasized the importance of organising such Workshops which would be helpful to improve the process of quality assurance in the field of civil engineering structures using electronics equipments with advanced technology.
