Noureddine Mohamed Al-Zein: Steel fields and technologies are common to all Arab countries

Libyan Iron and Steel Company is using 1- Direct reduction method for sponge iron (MDRX) 2- Melting of sponge iron with scrap using the electric arc furnace method (long rolling - flat rolling). During this visit, we met several engineers and technicians who contributed to explaining the companies' products, manufacturing methods and technology used; the delegations agreed to find marketing methods and exchange experiences, especially with the presence of great experiences in Arab steel companies.
