SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Ningxia Changming Natural Gas Development plans to start up a 300,000 cubic metre (cbm)/day LNG plant at Wuzhong, Ningxia Hui autonomous region on 25 April, a company source said on Monday. “We are commissioning the plant. Commercial supply may start soon after the startup,” said the source.
