Method for Active Tracking Communication for Platooning Applications

This method provides the ability for robust contactless tracking of ePallets for platooning applications. Each leading pallet generates a unique lighting pattern (shape, color, sequence of light emission, blinking frequency, rotating light, etc.) to convey information to other pallets.This information is used for accurate tracking, and communication of critical information to the platoon, operators and/or pedestrians.
