摘要

A strain IS-8 capable of highly degrading isocarbophos is isolated from soil. The strain IS-8 is identified as Sporolactobacillus based on 16S rRNA analysis. The optimal pH value and temperature are 7.0-7.5 and 35. The strain IS-8 is highly tolerant to isocarbophos. The 7d degradation rate of 100 mg/L isocarbophos by strain IS-8 can reach about 99.5 in mineral salt medium. Isopropyl salicylate and salicylic acid are two important intermediate metabolites of isocarbophos biodegradation. The strain IS-8 can degrade isopropyl salicylate quickly, but the degradation of salicylic acid is slow by the strain IS-8.
