Funding innovative projects to support sustainable business models

The UK’s Future Fashion Factory has announced newly approved projects as part of its fourth Innovation Funding Call. The programme has now secured over GB￡3.3m (US$4.4m) for innovation in the textile apparel industry since its launch in 2019. Alongside previous and ongoing projects, 12 additional collaborative research and development (RD) projects have been approved in the programme’s fourth Innovation Funding Call. This is helping to support independent designers, heritage Yorkshire mills, manufacturers and fashion technology companies.
