Lost crewman: A fisherman and father of three young children was presumed dead following a weather-related vessel incident near the entrance of Washington's Willapa Bay.At about 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 5, the U.S. Coast Guard 13th District in Seattle received an emergency position-indicating radio beacon (EPIRB) transmission from the 46-foot crabbing vessel Ethel May.Emergency alerts also included a call to Willapa Bay area 911 dispatchers from the wife of the Ethel May's skipper.
