Bicycle parking, graffiti, chain-link fences, warning signs, notices.... Various problems and odd phenomena related to civil engineering arise due to differences in people's ethical sense. Our streets and their civil engineering facilities are used by people of all ages and origins. It is only natural that we use them in different ways and hold different ethical attitudes towards them. Nevertheless, we seem to manage living harmoniously. If we rectify the subtle differences in our mind-sets, our streets and lives will surely improve, so we can make better use of the streets and their civil engineering facilities.
