Normality and care Externally the walls are finished in a slightly broken shade of white. Although small the building is stepped slightly, both vertically and horizontally. The vertical window openings along with the building's purist appearance make it stand out: white cubes, deep slits, concrete balconies - and nothing else. This is a simple, architecturally clean apartment building with eight small, reasonably priced apartments (a floor area of 63 square metres, three rooms, about 800 euros total rent, privately financed). Two blocks, each with a staircase serving two apartments per floor, stand next to each other, two storeys high with a garage underneath. Entrances from above from the east, west-facing balconies with a view of the city across the slope. But despite how normal, albeit carefully detailed, the building seems from outside, the concept behind it is exceptional. This is the first residential building erected in accordance with the model 2226.
