The reason for achieving a net profit during the current quarter of 42.67 million Saudi riyals compared to a net loss of 7.58 million during the same quarter of the previous year is due to the increase in sales / revenues by 7.27% due to the increase in selling prices of products in the construction sector by 13% and the decrease in the cost of raw materials in the Construction by 6%.
