The present article considers the transition from navigation on the basis of information publications to movement through fragments of these objects. A model and structure of a system designed for achieving the objective is given. Computerization of all branches of science, engineering, technology industry, and commerce requires the availability of highly skilled specialists. Moreover, today enterprises and organizations are not able to carry out their activities efficiently without processing large data arrays.
