NFU Scotland is urging fanners and crofters to have their say on pivotal new powers the Scots government is seeking as it looks to redesign future agriculture policy in the country.A consultation for a new Agriculture Bill was launched by the government in late August, setting out plans for a four-tier support structure of direct and indirect payments, with tougher climate change, animal welfare and biodiversity conditions attached.
