Flowering and fruiting bonsai is a major bonsai category because such plants provide attractive features over the seasons. We can appreciate and enjoy flowers in the spring, fruit in the summer or autumn, foliage changing color in the autumn, and brand structure in the winter. In addition to providing so much viewing enjoyment, most flowering and fruiting tree species are easy tc cultivate and very suitable for beginners. It is easy to obtain flowering and fruiting varieites since there are many to choose from at the local garden and landscape nursery. I have always appreciated the beauty of flowering and fruiting bonsai and I have cultivated many different varieties over the years. I hope that sharing my experiences in this article about the Pomegranate and the Persimmon will inspire and attract more bonsai friends to grow flowering and fruiting bonsai.
