Best Mew Bonsai Talent of North America in 2012

On June 21, 2012 the 11th annual Joshua Roth New Talent Competition sponsored by the American Bonsai Society was held at the Visions of the American West in Denver, Colorado. Six contestants arrived on Thursday morning to participate in the event andhad from 8am until 5pm to turn a juniper from Plant City Bonsai, Georgia into a bonsai. Although no contestant has had more than 10 years experience, each produced a worthy tree for judging. Show judges were Jim Doyle, Andy Smith, and William Valavanis.
