From ground-breaking developments in clean energy and electric mobility to key advances in potentially life-saving healthcare technology, the shortlist for The Engineer's seventh annual C2I Awards is an inspiring reminder of the UK's depth of engineering talent. The ultimate winners will be revealed at a special party in London on the evening of 23rd February and covered extensively in The Engineer magazine. Collaborate to Innovate (C2I) was launched to uncover and celebrate great examples of engineering collaboration -a dynamic considered critical to solving mony of the challenges faced by society. Dr Rich Drake, CTO of headline sponsor Bobcock said: "I've been really inspired by the entries to this year's competition and we know it's not enough to just have the latest bit of technology, we need people that understand the increasingly complex data world we are in; people who are passionate about making a difference to the world we live in and we need more innovators.
