The disclosure relates to a system to increase the level of attention of a wearer and to a method for increasing the level of attention of a wearer using a system according to the disclosure. Daily life involves many tasks that have to be done for long periods of time: for instance computer work, reading, driving, etc. These long lasting visual tasks are challenging for attention and cognitive systems. In fact, it is difficult to devote a complete and extensive attention control throughout the whole activity period.Attention loss results in a drop in the performances of the user or can lead to hazardous situations.
