摘要

We used datasets from affisity screening to train machine learning models. The model were then used to rank compounds from commrcially ansilable compound collections to generate the following lists of predicted binders. The following lists of compounds were prodicted by the ML. model to be binders for the predein tangets: CORO1A, RFWD3,MD1, WDR91, TRIM9.
