We appreciate Dr. Koo highlighting the key point from our study, the importance of the methodological approach in finding solutions to the inefficiencies in our clinic. Studying and mapping our clinic processes using systematic methodology was key to our success in identifying areas for improvement. Only after understanding and quantifying the inefficiencies could we then develop appropriate solutions.
