摘要

In order to solve the problem of sealing perforation and safety explosion-proof involved in the application of impressed current cathodic protection on the inner wall of the tank, this paper explores the potential protection of the inner wall of the simulated container by simulating the potential distribution of the inner wall of the vessel, the setting of the auxiliary anode and the reference electrode. The feasibility of the analysis, how to avoid over-protection and under-protection inside the tank, to achieve safe and reliable operation of the tank. The results show that the potential distribution of the inner wall of the tank is related to the electrical conductivity of the medium. The greater the conductivity of the medium, the more uniform the distribution of the cathodic polarization potential of the tank wall in the medium, and the partition inside the tank will shield the cathodic protection current. This study can be used for reference for the safe storage and transportation of storage tanks, and can effectively prevent the risk of environmental pollution caused by oil and gas leakage.
