THE INSTITUTE OF INDIAN FOUNDRYMEN - CHENNAI: Driving Quality Through Poka-Yoke

IIF-Chennai Chapter along with Madras Management Association organised a training workshop on the topic "Driving quality through Poka-Yoke" on Sept 17, 2022. Mr S Saravana Kumar, Consultant, LSK9 Forms conducted the workshop. Mr V K Raman, Vice Chairman, IIF-Chennai Chapter welcomed the speaker and participants. Mr Saravana Kumar spoke about the idea of problem solving and fool-proofing. Then he explained how Poka Yoke helps in fool-proofing in a work space. The speaker presented case studies. He conducted the workshop in an interactive mode involving the participants.
