With this issue we are publishing further contributions from the ATC2 Symposium on December 2,2021, which was dedicated to digitization in tunnel construction. In issue 2 we highlighted the topic of engineering in digitalization. The articles in this issue deal with the topic of research in digitization in tunnel construction.
