Venerable Seria yields new oil find

NEW OIL HAS BEEN DISCOVERED by Brunei Shell Petroleum (BSP) in the shallow marine nearshore Seria North Flank,a previously undrilled part of the Seria field,which first produced in 1929.The well was drilled 3km offshore in 8m of water by the Schlumberger self-propelled multi-purpose vessel,BIMA,finding approximately 400m of net gas and oil bearing sands.
