After stepping up exports to South America by 30% in October from September,some South Korean suppliers decided to reduce exports in November as demand and prices in that market declined,making east-west arbitrage increasingly unattractive.Asian prices also fell on the back of weak demand and falling ethylene costs (see page 26).
