摘要

The heterostructures formed by native enzymes from black radish juice and inorganic carriers with different surface nature were synthesized and used for studies of their oxidative and electrochemical activity. Four basic metal ions, namely Fe, Cu, Zn and Ni were found in the enzyme mixture. The changes of enzymatic metal — containing fragments binding onto the inorganic carriers with different surface nature are proved by the atomic absorption spectroscopy. The participation of two enzymes and two coenzymes in the formation of heterostuctures on inorganic carries is confirmed. Therefore the presence of acid surface could provide a friendly biocompatible interface for immobilizing of biomolecules mixture and increase the oxidative activity of mature structure. Electrochemical behavior of such structures pasted onto the modified screen-printed graphene electrode in the pilot energy cell was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The designed pilot electrochemical energy storage stack displayed the ability to charging up to efficient capacitance of 80mAh/g depending on the nature of inorganic carrier.
