SIAM Cement's main challenge in the coming year will be to find enough profitable investments,say analysts.The company,which has dominant market shares in Thailand's chemicals,cement and paper industries,weathered a difficult period in the late 1990s and has started posting vastly improved financial results.This has prompted some industry observers to call it one of Thailand's best restructuring stories.But,now that cash flow has improved significantly,there is pressure on the company,of which 30% is owned by the Thai royal family,to find new investment avenues.
