AFTER WATCHING companies in its fold post disappointing results in the last quarter,the LG Group is seeking new businesses that will shore up the bottom line.It might also,media reports suggested,even link up with SK Group companies.A source close to the flagship company,LG Chem,said group chairman Koo Bon-moo was concerned about the slide in earnings at the major subsidiaries.
