XINJIANG Tianye Group plans to build a 200 000 tonne/year acetylene-based polyvinyl chloride (PVC)complex and a 160 000 tonne/year ion-membrane chlor-alkali unit in Shihezi,Xinjiang,China.A company source told ACN that the company was working on a pre-feasibility study on the project.It was not immediately clear when the company planned to submit the study to the Chinese government.
