Gazprom Neft secures $409 million to fund green refining projects

Russia’s Gazprom Neft said Dec. 13 that it has secured loans totaling Rb30 billion, or around $409 million, for implementation of green refining projects. Modernization of the company’s 428,000 b/d Omsk and 243,000 b/d Moscow refineries are playing a key role in the company’s plans to reduce the environmental impact of its downstream operations.
