FST liberalises port tariffs

Russia's federal tariff service (FST) has published a draft order ending state control over tariffs at the Arctic port of Arkhangelsk, as well as at the Azov Sea ports of Taganrog and Temryuk. The documents abolish controls on loading, unloading and storage fees. This means that Arkhangelsk Commer- cial Sea Port, Taganrog Commercial Sea Port and Taganrog Ship Repair Yard (TSRZ), which includes a fuel oil terminal, will set their own tariffs from the second quarter.
