The Arab steel industry is endeavoring to strengthen its position in the Arab markets stimulated by the influence of two principal factors; they are the growing demand for the steel products, which is a principal and fundamental factor, and the second factor is that many investors have conceived the importance of investment in this industry. The steel industry in the Arab countries could, especially during the last years, attract a number of investors from the private sector who discovered in being involved in this industry a promising investing opportunity which satisfies two fundamental objectives: the first one is profitability and the second one is that the steel industry owns by itself a value which has made entering into this industry and occupying a position in it a sorce of power and an appearance entailing pride.
