A model proposal for managing equipment failureThe implementation of management procedures of failure, permits the improvement of the existing practices. The goal, besides the reliability of facilities, is to improve quality products and to reduce production costs. Taking into account the current status of the system running out at El Hadjar steel and its shortage in managing properly the failure and damage investigation, it's proposed the following model.
