GCC projects not to be affected if oil remains above 40 dollars

Even with the Opec decision to cut production by 1.5 million barrels a day from November, oil prices continue to slide with crude reaching its lowest level in 16 months due to the global economic crisis. There has been a dip in commodity prices after the volatility of the last six months, with prices of steel for instance diving south.
