Demand and prices to decrease slowly

Ferroalloy consumption may slow down in the world next quarter, whereas supplyand production expenses will stay high.– Steel product prices have been falling every day in China in the latter half ofSeptember. Supply is still being raised. The average daily steel output cameup by 1.1 to 1.87 million t during the first 10 days of a month. Finished steelinventories rose, by as much as 13 in some segments, because of the steadyupturn in production and a slower increase in demand, which will affect pricesin the near future.
