Global downtrend stops on Chinese speculations

The decrease in ferroalloy and raw material prices has stopped in March on thebackdrop of Chinese speculations. As a result, ferroalloy and manganese oreprices have been coming up in the Chinese domestic market, falling in someglobal markets, such as India, SE Asia, and Europe, and stabilize in the others,such as the USA. By the end of March, the quotes in some of the key globalmarkets have climbed because of the overheated Chinese market.
