FeCr prices unlikely to come up in Europe

FeCr prices have dropped in Europe in September because of the decrease in chrome ore quotes and August downturn in China. HC FeCr prices have declined by 3.5 to $1.22/lb Cr DDP and LC FeCr ones - by 2 to $2.21/lb Cr DDP. - FeCr prices have been climbing in China in September amid better conditions in the consuming industry and new production restrictions in a number of provinces. Domestic prices have added 2, still being lower than in August though. Because of the holidays in late September - early October and the resulting market lull, FeCr prices in China will stabilize at the peak they have reached in September amid shorter supply, Metal Expert's estimates. A seasonal downturn in the quotes might be seen in November-December.
