Asian product stocks rise as Singaporean fuel oil hits record high.

International Enterprise's weekly inventory report for Singapore showed that total onshore inventories increased 3.896MM bbl to 53.452MM bbl in the week to July 22, as can be seen in the following chart. Fuel oil stocks spiked to an all-time high of 28.02MM bbl, surpassing the previous record high set at the start of June. Middle distillate inventories posted a sharp increase for the third week in a row, hitting a near-four-year peak. Also, light distillates stocks climbed to a five-week high.
