According to a Mexican official close to the matter, Mexican national oil company Pemex has settled a dispute with the Conproca joint venture for $295MM. Pemex originally announced the setdement back in March-though it did not give the amount-and on July 21, the company affirmed that that deal had definitively ended the dispute, but still did not give details.
