Iranian oil returning: When and how much?

On July 13, negotiators in Vienna signaled that they were on the cusp of finalizing a deal between Iran and the six world powers, and declared that they had agreed on a final text for a "joint comprehensive plan of action" the next day. Oil prices rose immediately in response on the 13~(th), but fell back again the next day as realization settled in that the process of implementing the deal will be a lengthy, involved process which may break down at any point. Under the arrangement, Iran will have three months-until Oct. 15-to comply with a series of conditions in relation to its nuclear enrichment program. Then, the International Atomic Energy Agency will issue a report by Dec. 15 on whether those conditions-aimed at ensuring that Iran's nuclear program is useful only for peaceful purposes-have been met. If all goes as planned, then sanctions pertaining to Iran's nuclear program will begin to be lifted.
