Singaporean inventories skyrocket; Japan climbs.

International Enterprise's weekly inventory report for Singapore showed that total onshore inventories surged 4.989MM bbl to 49.556MM bbl in the week to July 15. Middle distillate stocks jumped for the second week in a row, hitting a three-month peak. Also, inventories of light distillates and fuel oil each soared to three-week highs, with fuel oil partially offsetting sharp declines notched in the previous five weeks.
