摘要

Psychophysiological profile of a partial benzodiazepine agonist and clinical implications - R. Guzzi, C. Gala, F. Colombo, A. Crocetti, R. Bossa, A. De Carli -Homeostasis 44, 1-2, 2006 - Biofeedback training is generally used as a therapeutic technique in various psychosomatic disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome, essential hypertension, headache etc. The goal of the present study has been to outline a psychophysiological profile of benzodiazepine Etizolam, and to verify with objective, measurable parameters what is already known from clinical experience: efficacy and safety, especially in terms of absence of cognitive impairment. Etizolam did not significantly interfere with cognitive functions, even showing stabilization of muscular tension response and general relaxation.
