Ukraine is among the countries with high level of district heating. However, due to dramatic wear, technical state of heating settings leaves much to be desired. During the cold seasons, unsatisfactory operation of central heating and ineffective thermal isolation of most buildings make the population looking for the alternative heating of their dwellings. In such a situation, an intensive growth is traced on the Ukrainian market for household appliances. Annual sales of similar devices exceed USD 150 ths. According to the estimates of market operators, capacity of the national market makes some USD 14.5 mn.
