We need big scales because the costs are high and you need scale to bring down the overall cost of teh barrel produced.We produce gas and convert it into liquids,in a Gas To Liquids(GTL)plants.One was built in 1993,with a capacity of 15.000 b/d(cost of the facility was 900.millions)We are constructing another one in Qatar for 140.000.b/d.
