The index has grown amid a further rate upturn in the Black and Mediterranean Seas ($0.3/t and $0.52/t up, respectively), which is primarily referred to increased downtimes in the Canakkale area. Also, the Baltic Sea market starts firming up gradually (the Gulf of Finland CFI has risen by another $0.68/t this week)
