The Global CFI has stabilized this week as a further rate growth in the Black (up $0.31/t), Mediterranean (up $1.12/t) and Baltic Seas (up $1.02/t in the Gulf of Finland CFI and $0.52/t in the Lower Baltic CFI) was completely offset by a $3.85/t decrease of the sea-river rates in the Azov Sea.
