Toray Industries Inc.(TYO:3402)has developed a printing technology for forming semiconductor circuits on general-purpose films with the use of semi-conductive carbon nanotube(CNT)composites.Further,the company has created radio-frequency identifiers(RFIDs)and sensors,and has demonstrated the wireless operation of these devices.Aims are to get these innovations to commercialization sometime in fiscal 2023,with a view then to creating a 10 billion yen($87.18 million)business out of this by fiscal 2030.
